• Account Data (Email, Name): Necessary for the performance of the contract to create your account and provide support.
• Heritage Data (Photos, PDFs, descriptions): This data is processed solely for secure storage. Valuables does not have access to the content of your inventory thanks to user-side encryption.
• Navigation Data: Technical cookies necessary for operation and security.

3. Legal BasisThe processing is based on:

• The performance of the contract (providing the inventory service).
• Your consent (for optional data and newsletters).
• Legitimate interest (for security and app improvement).

4. Recipients and TransfersYour data is never sold. It is transmitted only to our technical service providers (Google Cloud EEA). No transfer outside the EU is carried out without appropriate legal safeguards.

5. Your RightsYou have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your data. You can delete all your data directly from your profile settings within the Application.

6. Specific SecurityThe User is the sole holder of the encryption key. This process ensures that no third party, including Valuables s.r.l, can consult the documents and private information stored.

7. Data SecurityOur infrastructure is based on bank-grade security standards: SSL encryption of data at rest and in transit via Google Cloud Platform (EU-WEST1 zone, Belgium), OAuth2 authentication via Firebase, and protection against SQL injections. We apply OWASP standards to ensure the integrity of your data.
